The Grand Cuisine is the perfect cooker for the serious cook, entertainer, and even suited to commercial applications. It is a genuine slow-combustion wood stove with four ovens, an enormous lift-off cast iron hotplate, a drop scone or pancake hotplate that can be removed to cook directly on the flames, and two smaller simmer plates. It also comes standard with hotplate covers, a generous firebox and an ashpan, 1x Hotplate Lifter (large), 4x Wire Rack, 2x S/S Oven Tray, 1x Ash Scraper, 1x Knob Turner & Ashpan tool.
An optional 5kW, 8kW or 16kW boiler for Domestic Hot Water and Hydronic Heating.
